Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Overview
This page explains how to delete data associated with your Rowe AI account, including OAuth tokens and content stored for Instagram, Facebook, and other connected channels. Meta and other platforms require a clear data-deletion path for apps that use their Login / Graph APIs.
Option A — In-product (recommended)
- Sign in to Rowe and open Connections.
- Disconnect every social channel you no longer want Rowe to access. This removes the stored connection and tokens from the Rowe API vault for that platform.
- Optionally revoke Rowe from each provider’s security / connected-apps page (Meta Business / Facebook settings, LinkedIn, X, Google, or Microsoft account permissions).
Option B — Email request
Email support@rowe.ai with subject Data deletion request. Include:
- The email address on your Rowe account
- Whether you want full account deletion or only specific channels
- Any Meta / Instagram user IDs if you know them (optional)
We will verify ownership of the account and delete or anonymize associated personal data, stored tokens, drafts, assistant threads, and related records within 30 days, except information we must retain for legal, security, or abuse- prevention reasons (for example limited billing or fraud logs).
What we delete
- Account profile and authentication linkage we control
- Social connection records and vaulted access / refresh tokens
- Posts, media metadata, metrics, inbox caches, and agent memory tied to your account
- Assistant threads and personal access tokens
Content already published to Instagram, Facebook, or other networks remains on those platforms until you remove it there. Rowe cannot delete posts from a provider after you revoke access.
