Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Rowe AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Rowe provides tools to connect social and messaging channels, compose and schedule content, review assistant proposals, manage inbox and comments where supported, and access Agent / MCP APIs. Features may change as we improve the product.

You are responsible for content you publish through Rowe and for complying with each platform’s terms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google, Microsoft, and others). Rowe is not affiliated with those platforms except as an independent API client.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including personal access tokens and OAuth-connected channels.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or platform policies (spam, deception, harassment)
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data
• Abuse rate limits, scrape without permission, or reverse-engineer in violation of law
• Upload malware or illegal content
• Use the Service to send bulk unsolicited commercial messages

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or create risk for other users or platform partners.

Assistant and compose tools may suggest captions, media, or actions. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. You must review outputs before publishing. You remain solely responsible for final content and compliance.

Current plans may include a free Creator tier. Paid plans, if offered, will be disclosed at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

Rowe owns the Service software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Rowe a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you.

The Service depends on third parties (hosting, auth, AI, social APIs). Outages or policy changes at those providers may affect availability. Your use of connected platforms is also subject to their terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PUBLISHING TO THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS WILL ALWAYS SUCCEED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROWE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request data deletion via our Data Deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
